Shipping Information

All products are shipped via UPS at the following rate:

Ground — $10 flat rate
2nd Day — $35 flat rate
Overnight – $55 flat rate

You will receive tracking information as soon as your RANE product is en route to you.

Returns & Exchanges

All RANE products are handmade to order so I do not accept returns, however I want you to thrilled with your purchase so I will be certain to know exactly what you want and expect from your bag before I begin the first stitch. Should something go wrong with your bag I will gladly repair it for you free of charge.
